| Booking
Conditions |
A booking
deposit of 25% of the rental charge is payable at the time
of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than
6 weeks before departure. £250 breakages deposit is
payable with the second payment.

| Changeover
Day |
Changeover
day is Saturday. However we are flexible whenever possible.
For two or more week rentals, the bed linen is changed on
Saturdays by the maid.

| Exclusions |
No smoking
permitted in areas with cane or timber ceilings due to the
fire hazard.
No pets.
|
| Children |
Small
children should be supervised at all times for their own
safety, as the house and grounds are on several levels.
